The idea for R.I.C.O. (or “Really Intelligent Chat Operator”) began forming in 2022, when Chat GPT started gaining substantial popularity. Alan Magliocca, owner and founder of ConvertPods, had several meetings with his tech development team. After tossing around dozens of ideas, the team decided to began planning of implementation of the technology.
In the coming year, the team plans to launch the 1.0 version of RICO.
First, he will be able to answer your support questions as a ConvertPods user. For instance, you will be able to ask him “how do I schedule my pod?” and he will answer you in real time. This not only helps you get answers super fast, but it also helps to continue training RICO for the next phase, which will be to have him help you setup your pods. You will be able to answer a few questions and he will populate the forms and fields with the required information to create a high-converting pod for your business.
Then the next phase of RICO we will launch will be as your virtual pod assistant. YOu will still be able to answer questions yourself manually, or have a VA do it for you, during your pods. However, you will now also have the option to use RICO to handle the basic questions for you.
For example, if someone in your pod asks “how much is this”, RICO will answer this for you. We also plan to train him to overcome objections for you. So if your viewers tell you the product you’re selling costs too much, you will be able to have RICO send them a special discount code to help them complete the buying process.
