Step 1: Accessing Integrations

  • Log into your ConvertPods account.

 

  • Select the Pod you wish to configure.

  • Navigate to the ‘Integrations’ tab.





Step 2: Selecting Your Integration Account

  • Choose your integration service (e.g., ActiveCampaign).

  • Select the specific account you want to configure (e.g., “Main Account” or “Test Account”).

 

Step 3: Setting Up Event Triggers

  • Under ‘IF’, choose the event trigger for your automation. Options include:

 

  • Registered to PodSpace: Triggers when a user registers for your PodSpace.

  • Attended PodSpace: Activates when a user attends the live session.

  • Watched PodSpace Replay: Triggers when someone watches the replay.

  • Clicked Offer Button: Activates when a user clicks an offer button.

  • Did Not Click Offer Button: Triggers if a user does not click the offer button.

  • Purchased PodSpace Offer: Activates when a user purchases an offer.

  • Missed PodSpace: Triggers if a user misses the live PodSpace.

  • Joined PodSpace After: Activates if a user joins the PodSpace after a specified time.

  • Stayed on PodSpace At Least: Triggers if a user stays on the PodSpace for a minimum set time.

  • Left PodSpace Before: Activates if a user leaves the PodSpace before a certain time.

  • Participated on Chat: Triggers when a user participates in the PodSpace chat.

  • Add to List: Adds the user to a specified list in your CRM or email tool.

  • Remove from List: Removes the user from a specified list.

  • Add Tag: Tags the user for segmentation and targeted campaigns.

  • Remove Tag: Removes a specific tag from the user.

  • Depending on the event trigger chosen, specify additional parameters like Video Variation, Registration Widget, Offer, or Time.
